Thursday Night at The Soccer Centre, Woodbridge Lady Strikers win it all--Coached by Danny Colosimo ( Coach DC ) and Asst.Coach Ivana Wolsegger !
Semi-Finals they win 1-0 in a Shootout vs Markham Originals, then follow up ,as the Lady Strikers played the 92 Woodbridge Strikers in the finals...This game was awesome, back and forth with great goaltending, this went down to the wire. With less than 3 minutes left in regulation, Christina Tharrenos blasted a shot to win the game 1-0 for the Lady Strikers.. WE ARE THE CHAMPS !!!, after the game Coach DC said I am entering my 27th year as coach for the Woodbridge Soccer Club and my heart was pounding for both games, this is surely was a great feeling and I am very proud of all my players......and I hope to keep this going to the outdoor season.... Special thanks, to the 92 Strikers and coaching staff this was surely a game I will not forget... Thanks.

| 2010 LEAGUE AND PLAYOFF CHAMPIONS |
The Woodbridge Lady Strikers-aka The Sorelli team beat the UFC 2-0 in the Semi-Finals last night to move on to the Finals. The team then went on to defeat the Blue Devils 6-1 @ The Soccer Centre being declared League and Playoff CHAMPIONS !
The Strikers also captured the league title in the Winter session but fell short in the finals 3-2 IN A SHOOTOUT.
Thanks to all the parents, friends who supported this team through the 2 sessions.
Like to thank Coach Danny Colosimo ( Coach DC ) and all the Ladies on a job well done, the Lady Strikers are ready to go for the Summer season when tryouts begin April 11th at Vaughan Grove Turf Field.

OSC HOLIDAY TOURNAMENT FINALIST |
The Woodbridge Lady Strikers-aka The Sorelli team beat the Shooters 3-0 in the semi-finals, then proceeded to the finals against UFC.
The Strikers fell short of a 3-2 shootout loss at the Soccer Centre Sunday night. I have never witnessed a game so jammed and rockin with spectators to see this game it was truly an exciting game.
Like to thank Coach Danny Colosimo ( Coach DC ) and all the players for a job well done, the Lady Strikers will do it all over again as the Winter session begins on January 10th/2010.
