Tournament Rules and By-Laws

1.

U4, U5 Coaches are to referee all tournament games. U6 Division will be refereed by certified referees.

2.

No Coaches or spectators on the field or behind nets (U7 to U17 age groups)

3.

All games MUST start on schedule. Teams must be on the field on scheduled time.
Referee will allow 5 minute grace time only, if a team forfeits a game, a 3-0 win will be awarded to the opposing team.

4.

In round-robin play, no overtime will be gives. Only in Semi-Finals & Finals will overtime be used.
Overtime will be as follows:
U-7 to U-10 age groups -2x5 minute halves,
U-11 to U-16 age groups -2x10 minute halves,
GOLDEN GOAL RULE APPLIES ( First Goal Wins ).

5.

Tie-Breaking System
1. Head to Head Competition (Applies to a two way tie only)
2. Highest goal difference (GD=GF-GA)

3. Highest Goals Scored
3. Penalty Kicks

6.

Scoring - 3 points for a win, 1 point for a tie, 0 points for a loss

7.

The referee's decision is FINAL
