The U11 girls coached by Mark Rocca, competed in two top tournaments over the last two weekends. On June 24th the team travelled to Laval, Quebec and played in the 2010 Laval International Soccer Cup. And also competed in the 44th annual Robbie International Soccer tournament on July 3rd-5th. The girls went undefeated in round robin play oin both tournaments against some top teams from Quebec and Ontario, allowing them to reach the finals in both tournaments.
Congratulations to all the players, parents and fans for their continued support and especially to our Coach Mark Rocca for his commitment and dedication to these young talented athletes.

The Woodbridge Strikers 1999 Girls competed in the 2010 Aurora Youth Indoor Soccer League. An impressive seven game winning streak earned them a spot in the championship game. The game was played on Sunday April 11 and appeared to be headed to penalty kicks. A direct free kick was awarded to the opposing team with seconds to spare in the game, and resulted in goal against.Congratulations to all the players and Coach Mark for another exciting and successful season of soccer..

The
Woodbridge Strikers Under 10 girls team finished their 2009 outdoor season as
Champions of the Bolton Wanderers Invitational Soccer tournament. The girls played
with an incredible amount of determination, skill and great team-work.
Congratulations
go out to all the players for their achievement and to coaches Mark and Fabio
Rocca for their commitment and dedication to this talented group of girls .

Congratulations
to the Woodbridge Strikers under 10 Girls for going undefeated and allowing no
goals against during this past weekends 3rd Annual Lucas Cioffi Tournament. The
girls played the finals on a windy Sunday afternoon and unfortunately had to end
the game in a penalty shoot out. Congratulations to the entire team, parents and
coaching staff Mark Rocca and Fabio Rocca for braving the wind and rain and supporting
our girls. Go Strikers.

Woodbridge Strikers 1999 Girls Team went undefeated in the Alliston Holiday Indoor
Classic Tournament on December 28th. The team did not allow one goal against.
